Description of the general steps
This is the last thing to do before you get off the Web.
Detailed steps are presented with visuals below.
Click "Edit". You will be shown a pull-down menu. Move your cursor to "Preferences" and release.
In the left column, make sure the Navigator menu is dropped open. Select "History".
On the right, you have three choices relating to your history. Since your recent pages will all be forgotten once you sign off Netscape, you don't need to zero that box. All you need to do is Clear History and Clear Location Bartwo clicks and you're done.
CLEAR HISTORY
Click the "Clear History" button.
CLEAR LOCATION BAR
After you've cleared your history, move your cursor to "Clear Location Bar" and click.
Close the Preferences Menu by pressing "OK".
After you have cleared these, note that your History file and the Location Bar are blank. Now you can close Netscape and sign off.
